Pre-Acquisition surveys of Student Accommodation portfolios ranging from 382 to 1,005 rooms in locations including Sheffield, Salford, Leicester, Birmingham, Leeds, Preston, Huddersfield, North Wales and Manchester. Typical development portfolios included accommodation, retail, leisure, commercial space and commercial car park operations.
Professional services included the assessment and reporting of building fabric and MEP installation condition. The classification of future maintenance liabilities, life cycles and elemental condition ratings to provide portfolio-wide assessments of priorities for post-acquisition repair and refurbishment works. Surveys and reports were undertaken within pre-determined timescales to meet with client acquisition and contract completion dates.
