Project Details

Currently on site, this 15,700M2 Engineering & Physical Sciences building includes the redevelopment of the northeast quarter of the university.  This is a unique project involving the refurbishment of a Grade II listed building interconnected to a complex 6 storey new build with a variety of technical issues.

The facility includes first-class laboratory and specialised teaching spaces, enabling cutting-edge research, and outstanding student experience, whilst enhancing the University’s research power and strengthening collaboration with industry

This was a multi-faceted project with both Heritage refurbishment works to listed sections and complex new build engineering solutions.
