Our involvement as Project Manager followed on from acting as Landlord’s Dilapidations Surveyor after Tenant vacation of a large industrial unit.
The Project scope and deliverables included undertaking detailed surveys and defect analysis of building fabric and MEP installations, assessing the condition and suitability of external cladding & roof coverings.
We were responsible for developing the design and leading the project delivery team from initial briefing through to the end of the contract. Our duties included the completion of design / specification of works to undertake CAT A refurbishment works, management of a competitive tender process, Project and Cost Management during the construction phase and the full management of the practical completion and handover process.
