This project comprised the fit-out of a ground floor shell-space to provide a state of the art Out-patients Department for the Hospital which will provide space for 95,000 hospital appointments each year.
The project was undertaken in close proximity to other treatment areas of the Hospital and as such works had to be undertaken with this being considered at all junctures.
The Out-patients Department was designed to a high specification so the main focus of this commission was to drive quality of the finishes and fit-out.
We ensured that arising issues were dealt in a collaborative manner with the Contractor and helped to foster a team approach to the works.
