Liverpool John Moores University – Student Zone

Project Details

A project within a new building to provide a Student Zone with bespoke furniture and space the remodelling of basement areas to form new Academic Offices and Meeting rooms with a new-build shell space.

We were able to identify non-conformance issues in the new building which were formally raised with the Landlord ensuring the University were not responsible during or at the end of their tenancy.

We worked with the Academic user group ensuring basement remodelling met with all operational requirements. The new Student Zone break out area is a genuinely transformational space bringing the University’s Student experience in line with their competitors and is now included on Campus tours and for external events.
