Project Details
We have been commissioned to undertake various refurbishment and remodelling projects ranging from internal remodelling of academic and research space within modern and new build spaces, through to building repair and replacement projects to Listed buildings located within Liverpool’s Hope Street Conservation Area.
Wide ranging client and end-user requirements have been accommodated with projects undertaken to ensure minimal disruption to business continuity. Many undertaken within timescales aligned with University semester and holiday dates.
We work closely with Estates Department and Academic Leaders to evolve each project brief ensuring control is retained during the entire process taking the stress out of project delivery for key stakeholders.
