Liverpool Hope University – Building Condition & Functional Suitability Surveys

Project Details

We carried out elemental building condition survey, functional suitability and accessibilityaudits to over 40 buildings across 3 campuses.

Our bespoke survey model incorporated the assessment standards defined by Higher Education Statistics Agency (HESA) to provide each building with a Condition and Functional Suitability Rating for reporting to HEFCE.

In conjunction, we also populated a 5 year Planned Preventative Maintenance programme to inform the University of future maintenance liabilities. We have been retained to update this exercise on a periodic basis to maintain the accuracy of the information.
