Project Details

This project was split into a number of phases and relates to the replacement of passenger and bed lifts within a specialist front line NHS clinical setting.

As Employer’s Agent, we have been responsible for all project management activities relating to the design and replacement of 6.No lifts completed in a live clinical setting.

Special attention has been required in relation to alternative route planning, logistics, just in time delivery and contractor liaison.

We have been responsible for all design team management, and working with the Trust’s designated Technical Expert, we have assessed progress, assessed and processed payment applications and managed the Contractor’s installation team.
