Commissioned to act as Employer’s Agent on a prestigious project to develop 505 new build apartments located in the Baltic Triangle area of Liverpool City Centre.
The development, located in the creative heart of Liverpool city centre, consists of four towers located around a public Plaza with 30,000 sq ft of commercial business premises. Offering exclusive residential living, the development is located directly opposite Liverpool’s Anglican Cathedral with views over the UNESCO waterfront and other Liverpool landmarks.
Our services as Employer’s Agent include the management of change control, reviews of design and completion information, cost and progress reporting, certification of completion targets and milestones and the compilation of investor progress reports and documentation.
