This project was a large scale new-build development which provided Extra Care residential dwellings and was at the time of construction, the largest timber-framed project in the country.
Services provided encompassed the Traditional Clerk of Works role and also Quality Monitor providing the JV partner Client with additional reporting and development monitoring related back to financial draw-down targets.
Detailed inspections were undertaken along with attendance at design team progress meetings and specific technical progress and key-stage sign off meetings to release sections of work in accordance with contractual requirements.
