We were employed to provide future maintenance and life cycle costing assessments on a number of newly constructed Sports Centres.
We carried out an assessment of current condition and provided a detailed forecast of future Lifecycle Maintenance liabilities & costs over a 25 year period.
Information was provided in a format including initial ‘dashboard’ containing headline figures and details of repairing years accompanied by detailed information relating to intervention works identified during our assessment.
Cost and condition information contained within the report is useable for planning future expenditure and timing of repairs and maintenance.
