Cheshire West and Chester Council Building Condition Survey

Project Details

We were employed by Engie to provide building condition assessment works on a number of primary and high schools in Cheshire.

We carried out an assessment of current condition and also provided a detailed forecast of future planned Maintenance liabilities and costs over a 10 year period.

Survey data including Building Services information was recorded and provided with an overall ‘condition rating’ capturing the weighted condition of the facility related to a pre-determined grading.

Cost and condition information contained within the report is useable for 10 year cost planning and future maintenance forecasting.
