Cancer Research Facility – The Paterson Redevelopment Project

This project is currently on-site and is due to complete in December 2022.

Together, the three organisations are building a new world-class transformational research facility. This new facility will bring together the largest concentration of scientists, doctors and nurses in Europe. This will allow these specialists to collaborate and accelerate progress for cancer patients.

A key issue so far has been the complex construction of the building’s basement including the coordination of our inspections with the Contractor to inspect and witnessing of the specially designed waterproofing to ensure these areas are constructed as accurately as possible and then reported on to the Project Manager and Client(s).
