PROJECT DETAILS

We were commissioned to provide pre-acquisition advice relating to One Derby Square, Liverpool.  The prominent former ‘Peral Assurance House’ building offering 70,000 sq ft of space with six ground floor retail units and 47,500 sq ft of office space across four upper floors. Located adjacent to the Queen Elizabeth II Law Courts housing a number of prominent City Centre Tenants including the Liverpool Barristers Offices of Exchange Chambers, Pret a Manger, Tesco, Medicash and Reed Specialist Recruitment.

Our services included the assessment of building fabric and MEP services installations and captured salient issues requiring consideration and future planning prior to acquisition.
